The Rotten Core was a roller coaster ride designed by Theodore Peterson, which was not revealed to the public until the grand opening of the Golden Apple Amusement Park. On that same day, Lucy Yi, who was seated in the front cart, died after the cart malfunctioned and flew into a tree.
Trivia
- It was the last roller coaster Theodore designed, as many accidents had already happened on previous rides he desinged.
- It was preceded by Fernweh Welt located in Germany.
- The roller coaster along with the rest of the Golden Apple Amusement Park was burned down during the "Justice for Lucy" ceremony
