The Ferris wheel is one of the new buildings first appeared in Secret Neighbor and Hello Guest Prototype.

Description

It looks like a typical attraction in all parks in reality. In Hello Guest, the prototype has pots on its sides and has no collision (it means that all physical objects or Quentin will go through). And in Secret Neighbor, it appears outside the map.
