Description
It's a typical night in the town of Raven Brooks over the airwaves, the two must grab their things and head out of town - a flash flood is coming, cellphone towers are down, and they are on their own.
And to make things worse, a freak car accident leaves them stranded on the side of the road. Can the two young girls make it to safety before the flood?

Plot
One day, Regina is scrolling through her phone and she notices her dog, Flan, walk in. She tells him that she won't replace him. Regina's step-sister, named Pris, calls out to her about pizza. After signing the paper, Pris asks Regina to dance with her, with Regina refusing. Pris notices that they have to evacuate, due to a weather storm.
They get in their car, but they immediately run into a strange creature. Their car breaks down, and they don’t know what to do. Regina notices a truck driven by Theodore Peterson, who offers to give them a ride. They arrive at the gas station and, as Theodore fills the truck with gas, Regina and Pris go inside. Pris tells Regina that Flan was dead.
Regina, filled with tears, goes back inside Theodore’s truck. She is transported to a strange world, where she spots a picture of her and Flan. Suddenly, the raven man, known as the Guest, appears and reveals herself as Pris. She makes an illusion of Flan, before Regina wakes up to Theodore.
He then walks to the weather station, unknown that Regina followed him. He then notices her and explains that they need to get to the circuit breaker. Meanwhile, Pris notices Flan and tries to get him but fails. Theodore argues with Regina, saying that Raven Brooks deserves to flood, and the town wouldn’t care about things unless they were gone.
Regina notices that Theodore was the Guest. Reluctantly, he goes to turn it off, before the Guest reappears and drowns him. Pris rescues Regina and gets ambushed by Theodore, who looks like the Guest. He attempts to take out a fallen Pris before a dog bites his hand. The two girls escape and their parents rescue them. As Pris scrolls through her phone, she gets a text from Theodore, as the Guest, implying he will hunt her down.

Trivia
- Like the previous graphic novel, the only characters from the main plot that appear in this novel are Mr. Peterson and the Guest.
- This is the only novel that mentions the town in its title (Raven Brooks).
