'Neighbor For Trailer' is Theodore Peterson's unused model in the 1st Alpha for Hello Neighbor 2.

This model of Theodore appears only in the attic in the intro cutscene, where The Guest traps and locks him inside, and can also be seen during Hello Neighbor 2's Announcement Trailer.

Appearance

His appearance consists of a Theodore Peterson model, who has features similar to The Guest's, having a chubby torso, having overly thin arms and legs, and the same gloves and shoes, and having messy hair and dark circles under his eyes.

Trivia

This model of Theodore was probably just a placeholder model used for the game's intro scene.
His body is also reused for the Fake Neighbor.
The Neighbor For Trailer and the Fake Neighbor have a lot in common, with both having similar role models, both being scrapped characters, and both having some relationship to the attic.
Neighbor For Trailer can also be found in Hello Neighbor 2 Alpha 1.5's game files.
