The Fake Neighbor is a scrapped and unknown character from Hello Neighbor 2. His model can be found in the game files of Alpha 1 and Alpha 1.5.
Description
The Fake Neighbor wears similar clothes sported by Theodore Peterson. He wears a mask that is a representation of Theodore's face.
The Fake Neighbor is skinny, displaying a similar body shape to that of the Guest.
Story
The Fake Neighbor was originally going to be encountered by Quentin in an unused ending in Hello Neighbor 2. He would run away after Quentin tapped his shoulder. Quentin would subsequently follow the Fake Neighbor. The Fake Neighbor would use a camera to take a photo of Quentin.
This all takes place in the attic of the Peterson house.
Trivia
- The head of Man In The Hat was included in his model.
- If you delete all the walls in the house using cheats, you can see the Fake Neighbor’s full body and his movements.
- The Fake Neighbor possibly made the Neighbor Mask. Due to his use of it in the unused ending.
- Fake Neighbor’s body shape is similar to the Guest’s body shape, but thinner and has longer torso.
- Fake Neighbor’s face looks like man in the hat’s face which means Fake Neighbor could be man in the hat. But we don’t know that due to this ending being unused.
- It is unknown why he’s disguise as Mr. Peterson.
- A lot is unknown about this character due to that him only appearing in an unused ending.
- Something quite curious about this character is the fact that he doesn't have a mouth, and that's something quite bizarre and scary.
