Dale Tapps is a main character in the novel Puzzle Master. He is a detective, presumably working for the Raven Brooks Police Department, and is secretly a member of the Forest Protector society, taking part in the observatory rituals.
Description
We barely got any information on what Dale looks like. All we got was that he has a menacing pair of sunglasses and a deadly stare. He is also tall.
Dale got arrested along with Gordon Cleave in 1992 after Aaron Peterson and his friends exposed the Forest Protectors.
