Armchair
The Armchair is a side object in Hello Neighbor.
Description
The Armchair is a furnishing in Hello Neighbor, Secret Neighbor and Hello Neighbor: Hide and Seek. In Hello Neighbor, it is used to block doors, exactly like a regular chair. Multiple armchairs can be found all around Mr. Peterson's House. Mr. Peterson can also sleep in the armchairs rather then on his bed or the couch.
History
Hello Neighbor
Pre-Alpha
The armchair first appeared in Pre-Alpha. It looked like a small leather/cloth chair. It has orange stripes with brown leather accents. It has a patch with a triangle that has an eye. In addition to blocking doors, the armchair had no function.
Alpha 2
In Alpha 2, the appearance of the armchair changed. It became cartoonish. It is now entirely sewn from red fabric. The back is very elongated, on which a fabric sheet with a diamond pattern is placed. It has four small wooden legs. Mr. Peterson gained the ability to lie down to rest on the armchair. During this time, he cannot not see the player.
Alpha 4
Alpha 4 added a new armchair. It is much smaller and is brownish yellow in color.
Full Game
The full game added another armchair. It is curved and has a different texture.
Full Game (Version 1.2)
The new armchair is the same as Alpha 4, but with multi-materials.
Secret Neighbor
Secret Neighbor has the current armchairs along with the addition of a new cinema style armchair. These cannot be carried.
Hello Neighbor 2 Alphas
In Hello Neighbor 2, the armchair can be found in front of the house and in the room the guest keeps the key in. The guest likes to sit on the armchair with a golden apple.
Hello Neighbor 2 Full Game
Same as the HN2 beta. Mr Peterson sometimes sits in an armchair in front of the fireplace
Trivia
- In pre-alpha to alpha 1 armchairs look realistic.
- There are currently two types of armchairs in the full game.
- In Act 1, Mr. Peterson can sleep on an armchair in his bedroom. If it is picked up when he was a sleep, he will wake up.
- If you place an armchair facing the bedroom television, Mr. Peterson will sit on it. If there are no armchairs facing the television, he will walk away.
- In Hello Neighbor 2 the armchair looks different. It is brown, has wooden parts and has a lamp on it.
