For anybody who doesn't know when Hello Guest is on the timeline of events, we can predict it's between after Act 2 and before Act 3. When Nicky returns home the house is even more broken down looking than in the teaser TinyBuild released back in January. That being said, the land layout looks much more like the layout of Alpha 1's town. This could be after Act 3, in the Neighbor's old house. It does look like the Act 1 house though so it's hard to say when Hello Guest takes place.
