Skipper is a French bulldog who belongs to the The Mayor in Hello Neighbor 2.
Behavior
In Hello Neighbor 2 Beta, Skipper is found in the front yard of the Mayor's house and will chase and apparently catch the player. He essentially acts as a guard for the Mayor's key.
In the Hello Neighbor 2 Full Game, Skipper can yet again be found in the front yard of the Mayor's house although this time, he is friendly. He essentially acts as a guard for one of the puzzle objects.
