Red Key
The Red Key is an important object in Hello Neighbor.
Description
It looks like an red cartoonish key. It has an uneven bore and has two beards. It is necessary to open the door with the red lock hanging on it. To open the lock, click the key on it with LMB. The red key has the same shape as the blue key, yellow key and green key.
Location
Alpha 4
The key can be found in the trunk of Nicky Roth's Car behind the box.
Beta 1 - 2
The same as Alpha 4.
Beta 3
In a room with a pipe. It is behind a small gate. There is a lever blocked till the player uses the gun or basketballs to light up all the items permanently fixed to the shelves. After lighting them up at the same time cages will block the doors and open the switch box which is when something needs to be placed in the box with the lever in order that when the button is pressed to reset the puzzle it will block the lever from returning. Thus allowing the player to obtain the red key.
Alternatively the player can exploit a glitch to throw an object into the box avoiding the rest of the puzzle.
Full Game
Act 1
Located in the children's room in Mr. Peterson's House.
Act 2
Located in a small shack with a chain fence floor above the attic.
Act 3
The same as Beta 3.
