Gerda, also known as The Baker is one of characters in Hello Neighbor 2. According to the Raven Brooks Banner Archives site, she was the mysterious Alien Kid from the alphas when she was younger. This is a strange addition to the lore, but I guess it's canon now.
Description
Gerda, like the other Hello Neighbor 2 characters, has different daily routines depending on the part of the day. For example, during the night she might go upstairs to sleep on the bed or she can be doing something suspicious or fishy that she doesn’t want other people to know about.
Appearance
Gerda has blonde hair, she wears a striped apron with a chicken logo on it, a cyan polka dot button-up shirt, blue jeans, red and white sneakers, a pair of orange oven mitts, and a chef's hat.
Artificial Intelligence
Hello Neighbor 2 Beta
Gerda is mostly seen at the Bakery's counter selling Croissants. She will not be mad at the player unless if they enter the kitchen and/or going over the bakery counter. If the player takes the Croissant, she will bake another one and setting up a Alarm Clock as the oven's timer. If the Croissant overcooks and the fire gets more intense, She will go to a emergency room to grab her own Fire Extinguisher, this gives you a good enough distraction to grab a lockpick. If you throw a pie at her she will go wash it off.
Hello Neighbor 2 Full Game
Gerda is usually in the bakery rolling dough or getting warm by the fire. She will occasionally go upstairs to her flowerbed, dust off the shelves upstairs, hang with Imbir for a couple seconds or go in front of the counter to inspect the baked goods. She won't get mad at the player unless they enter the kitchen and/or behind the bakery counter. If Gerda hears the player upstairs, she will proceed to go upstairs and investigate. If you throw paint at her, she will go upstairs and take a shower (Same with trash bags). If you throw objects at her, there is a chance she'll throw it back at you. If she spots your footprints if you are dirty, she will investigate the footprints.
Trivia
- She is able to snap her fingers, despite always wearing oven mitts.
- She probably has anger issues, due to her acting aggressive when catching the player regularly and during the closet catch animation
