Delroy, also known as The Bagger, is one of the protagonists and Secret Neighbor kids' classes.

Appearance
He's a short kid. He has a yellow jacket that covers most of his mouth when worn. Under the jacket, he has a purple shirt. Has an orange backpack that lets him store more items. He wears striped jean shorts with some type of chain on the side of it. He also has quarter length socks with 2 blue stripes on the top of it, and red sneakers.
His appearance can be changed thanks to the shop, or rather the things that are sold there. Some are complete outfit changes, or palette changes. They can be bought by Coins.
Strategy
As a Child
His abilities do help the team very much with the help of his passive abilities. He's also very useful against The Neighbor, because of his additional 1-2 slots, fill them up with a bunch of throw able things that hurt The Neighbor when thrown at.
As a Neighbor
His abilities can often help himself as neighbor, try and grab multiple items, always have three. you can use these boxes to knock players down and then grab them. Bagger and Butcher combo well since you can knock a player down then grab them with your butcher ability.

Backpack
Bagger has a backpack which allows him to store more items than anyone else in the Rescue Squad, however, it comes at a catch. Bagger must consume 4 Milk cartons before he can unlock his third slot. Once this quest is successfully completed. Bagger can break doors down faster and remove barricades from doors faster. This effect lasts until the end of the match. (i.e. when the Basement is open or when time is running out.)
Heavy Bones (Passive)
If Bagger gets grabbed by The Neighbor, he will slow him down because of how heavy he is.
Strong Knees (Passive)
Bagger is a tough kid, allowing him to endure more fall damage than others. Bagger takes 20% less fall damage when falling from high places.

Trivia
- His name was confirmed by Alex Nichiporchik on the Hello Neighbor Games Discord server.
- Delroy's Halloween 2019 outfit refers to Kenny McCormick, a character originating from the show South Park.
- Delroy has an unusually high pitched voice when he takes damage.
- His voice used to be deeper before the Winter 2020 update, in which all kids received new voice lines/voices.
- A common misconception with Bagger is that many people originally thought his name was "Kenny". This is false because one of his costumes is a reference to a character form South Park, whose name is Kenny.
- Another character from the Rescue Squad to have a misconception around their name is Ivan Torre, or the Inventor.
- One of Bagger's abilities is referenced in the game files as "FatKid_ability".
- Delroy is the slowest out of any kid class, but is still slightly faster than the Neighbor.
- There used to be a bug with one of Bagger's description, where one of the ability's description was duplicated twice. This was repeatedly patched, broken and patched again several times. As of now, it is currently fixed.
- If you equip Bagger's Chicken outfit for Easter 2020, and wear a saucepan helmet. There is a chance that the when saucepan is broken, or unequipped, Bagger's hair will be reduced to a buzzcut, and his hat will be gone.
- Another bug this happens to is Trinity Bales, or the Leader. However, it seems this can happen to any kid class.
- Delroy is voiced by Kristina Pimenova on Secret Neighbor's official IMDb page.
- Bagger is not the only character whom is a boy and is voice by a female voice actor, as Ivan is also voiced by a female.
