Signs (RBO)
RBO Signs are one of the items and plot elements in RBO
Description
There are 4 types of signs: Green "Did you know?", yellow "RBO Full Game Hopes & Ideas"', pink " RBO Story" and black " Thin Thread".
The green ones are intended to teach the player various game tricks.
Yellow ones are comments and thoughts from the developers that they want to implement in the full game.
The pink ones are story-related and tell a little bit about the lore of the game.
Blacks are Easter eggs only for the most avid players.
Locations
Greens
Only found in the role selection house.
Yellow
Scattered all over the map.
Pink
Scattered throughout the map, but in smaller numbers and in more hidden corners.
Black
There are only two of them. The first one is in the house under the game map, and the second one is behind the wall of the room with ventilation.
Green Signs
Did You Know?
- To escape BEAR TRAP press "E" while looking at it.
- As a Protector you can use terminals around the house to quickly get items.
- You can board up vents, so Protector can not use them.
- If opponent standing in glue or got hit by a glue they move slower and also its harder for them to EVADE during catch/evade stand-off.
- All players who didn't pick the ROLE by standing in a room, will be automatically assigned INTRUDER role when server press ENTER.
- You can also use MIDDLE MOUSE BUTTON to place and throw items.
- You can instantly equip picked up item by long pressing "E".
Yellow Signs
RBO Full Game Hopes & Ideas
- Ability to INVENT unique items by combining scraps. Like, combining: pipe, pump and net-bag will give you NET RIFLE fully procedurally (i hope).
- If someone connected to your house while you are offline. You charcter would be sleeping. If intruder would be noisy you will get notification to your phone.
- Every player will have their own house to set up with traps and decorate to their liking.
- Mindful interactions and actions is what drives gameplay of RBO.
- When you connect to someone else's house, they wouldn't know you joined until they see you.
- Just like with items, goal is to be able to CREATE unique TRAPS and BOTS procedurally.
Like, battery gives power, lamnmower ability to move, camera to navigate and bear trap to catch.
Red Signs
RBO Story
- Friend of a friend told a story about someone sneaking in to a WRONG house. This person never returned. That's non-sense. If they never returned, who told the story, right?
- Did you know that it's a hurricane aftermath?
- People saying that hurricane brough something with it. But should you believe people who steal from each other?
Black Signs
